Shipping:
The price for shipping is calculated on the total cost of the purchase and will be displayed at the checkout.
Current shipping rates are:
Ireland:
Up to €50 shipping cost €
From €50 to €150 shipping cost €
Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping
Northern Ireland & UK & Europe:
Calculated by weight:
Orders up to 500g €
Orders over 500g €
Collection from Dublin is also possible, please select the "collect" option and contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Please note that I offer doorstep collection only. I am unable to fit a sling or offer a sling clinic appointment unless by prior arrangement.

All items shipped nationally (unless specifically stated at the checkout) are shipped by An Post Express Post with signature required. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has shipped. Gift Certificates are sent by standard post (no tracking), free of charge. Parcels being shipped outside of Ireland are shipped via International Courier and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your parcel has shipped. Usual delivery time is 2 days for deliveries in Ireland and 5 days for UK and Europe. Please contact us if you have not received your products within 5 working days of shipping (or 8 working days for UK & Europe). Please contact us if you have not received an order confirmation email from us within 48 hours of completing your order.
Returns:
We hope you will be happy with the products you have purchased from Leanbh Babywearing. However, we do understand that things happen; you might change your mind about your purchase and in some instances we know that even with the best of care and packaging, items can get damaged in transit. Set out below are some details on how to return your products. If you have any questions about the returns procedure, please contact me or send an email to enquire.
You are entitled to a Cooling Off Period and you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, providing the product is unused, still in the original packaging and is suitable for re-sale. If you wish to return your purchase(s), please contact me to arrange return of your product by completing this Returns Form or by email if you prefer. The customer shall bear the cost of return postage in this instance - items are to be returned by registered post/courier/signed for.
If a product is found to be damaged in transit, please notify the delivery driver if possible or notify us as soon as you become aware of the issue. Please complete this Returns Form or contact us by email. Additional information will be required by the delivery company. Cost of return postage will be covered by Leanbh Babywearing.
If a product is considered faulty or not fit for purpose, please contact Leanbh Babywearing immediately upon receipt and send it back to us within 7 days for a replacement or a full refund. Where a product has been deemed faulty, cost of return postage will be refunded to you. Please complete this Returns Form or contact us by email.
In every instance, we recommend that you return your products using registered post/signed for service/courier, as Leanbh Babywearing is not responsible for any goods whilst in transit. We also ask that you include a copy of your purchase invoice or a note stating your name, address and contact number and your Leanbh Babywearing order number so that we may process your return efficiently.
This does not effect your statutory rights.
