Payment Process:
For secure transaction this site is linked directly to Pay Pal, all payments will be processed directly through the official Pay Pal web-site.
If you do not have a Pay Pal account you can still use the Pay Pal site to pay directly using all major credit/ debit cards (please follow the Pay Pal instructions).
When the transaction is processed an automatic confirmation email will be sent directly to your specified email account, after which you will automatically be returned to the oduillart web-site.

Art work finish and Delivery Details:
Postage/ Courier delivery of the art work is extra to the cost of the piece, the cost of which will depend on your location and preferred delivery method.
Each painting is signed by the artist (Séamus Ó Dúill).
Paintings are finished with Matt varnish this will protect the painting from UV light damage, dust etc.
Each painting is sold unframed unless otherwise agreed prior to delivery.
Care and preservation details are to be found on the page with your art work.
Exhibition quality Fine Art prints (highest professional standards/ Details to follow).
Certificate of authenticity:
Each painting and fine art print will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity, a document which will be signed, numbered and a copy archived by the artist.
Packaging:
The artworks will be delivered in protective packaging, Bubble wrapped within card board package delivered to a your specified address through registered post or by courier and must be signed for by the buyer (to make arrangements for delivery to an alternate address please send the artist an email through the contact page above in the main menu (od.art.gallery@gmail.com).
Unframed:
Paintings on canvas are stretched on stretcher bars, this is the wooden support that the canvas is stretched over, this keeps the paintings surface tension.
Although the painting can be hung like this, an external frame may be preferable to you depending on your taste.
(Stretcher bars are not an actual external frame).
The weight and delivery destination may determine extra cost of delivery due to this the paintings on canvas, board, paper and fine art photographic prints are sold unframed.
You may wish to frame the art work to suit your personal taste and space.
All works are for sale, if you have an interest in a specific piece that does not yet appear with purchase details, please e-mail the artist with "Interest in painting + ref. number" in the subject bar and please add the image or a link to the painting in the main text, plus title, description and related information, where possible. The artist will contact you asap. (Reasonable financial offers for art works may be considered or a payment schedule may be agreed).
Artwork purchase confirmation and delivery details:
An e-mail will automatically be sent to you from Pay Pal confirming your purchase.
You will receive an e-mail from the artist confirming your purchase which will include a photo of the art work prior to postage to confirm the condition of the piece before packaging.
The email will also contain a tracking number for your package from the postal service.
You will be contacted by the artist to confirm delivery and your satisfaction with your purchase.
Please keep all correspondence (emails etc.) that relate to your purchase.
Returns or Damage of goods policy: (just in case This preliminary and is being updated)
To avoid unforeseen difficulties with delivery of the art work, the art works will be delivered by registered post or courier depending on your preference the art work should reach you in prime condition.
If this is not the case please e-mail or call the artist as soon as possible (ASAP) and e-mail or message a photograph of the problem.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return the art work please contact the artist ASAP. Please specify the reason along with a photo showing the art work in the condition it was received by you.
Arrangements can be made for the return of the work by registered post, insurance for return of the work will be included with the cost of the art work.
The financial refund will be processed through Pay Pal once the returned work is received by the artist, please include a photograph confirming the packaging and postal of the work through registered post along with a tracking number in an e-mail, which will be necessary to confirm the return process.
